• The Bylaws Subcommittee will present the major proposed amendments to the NCAC Bylaws.

  • Read a summary of the major changes.

  • Read the proposed new Bylaws in full.

  • Written comments on the proposed Bylaws should be sent to ncacbylaws@gmail.com by April 17th.

  • The NCAC membership will vote to adopt the new Bylaws at a special meeting on May 11th. Members will be able to propose amendments to the Bylaws from the floor before a vote.
